Emma is currently pursuing an Integrated Masters in Environmental Science, where she is developing a strong foundation in environmental research, policy, and sustainability. Alongside her studies, Emma works with Welsh Rowing, specializing in governance, where she contributes to enhancing organizational structures and ensuring effective decision-making processes.
Previously, Emma volunteered as the Advisory Committee Secretary for a Community Benefit Society, supporting the governance and strategic direction of the organization. This role allowed her to refine her skills in committee administration, stakeholder engagement, and community-focused initiatives.
