Welsh Rowing Beach Sprint Junior Championships 2026

Our 2026 Junior Beach Sprint Championships will take place in Colwyn Bay on Sunday 19^th April.

The provisional schedule is as follows:

Registration: 9:30 to 10:00

Racing including Time Trials: 10:30 to 16:00

Medal Ceremony: 16:30

Rowers must be born between 01/09/2007 and 31/08/2010.

Please note that places are limited, and entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

Rowers should be competent in the discipline of Beach Sprints and able to complete the course confidently.

All rowers should have appropriate race insurance, bring their own oars, and Boat Handlers. Your Boat Handlers must be named within 7 days of the competition start date.

C1x events only using Swift bow rigged boats.  Fin position – TBC

Please be aware that there will not be refunds for those withdrawing within 48 hours of the start date.
