Water or Land sessions are run every day depending on the squad.
Saturdays and Sundays all squads will have one or two water sessions taking place anywhere from 8am to 4pm depending on tides, weather, and equipment availability.
Senior squads also train on the water on Wednesday afternoons and some mid-week mornings daylight depending.
Erg sessions take place on all weekday evenings except Wednesdays, with each novice or senior squad having 2 sessions available to them per week.
